Worried About Hypnosis?

She was quite concerned and anxious because most of her friends have been filling a mind with silly stories about their perceived dangers of using hypnosis. They told her that it would never work, they told her that it was dangerous, the told her she would be walking around in a trance and that she would never wake up.

The Myth of the Swinging Watch

Many people have a picture in their mind of hypnosis that almost always includes someone swinging a pocket watch. The idea likely developed from Hollywood movies somewhere in the 40s or 50s.

Hypnosis in the Media
