How to Think Positively in 7 Days
Thinking positively is easier than you think. As grown ups, we tend to always look for the more complicated ways of feeling good and thinking positive. I suppose to some, it wouldn’t make sense to you unless there was a technical explanation along with a long drawn out logical and psychological breakdown of how your mind works?
Children have a lot to offer in their way of thinking. They are not bombarded with logical left brained information – they enjoy making a ‘game’ out of lots of things in life and celebrating as they go along – each and every day.
Once you have purchased your self hypnosis recording from New Way Productions; whether it is for positive thinking or find happiness etc; and you ‘feel’ ready to make some changes, I suggest you listen to it every day for seven days.
Simple as that!
Draw a chart, if you like, and pin it up where you can ‘tick’ off each day as you listen to your self hypnosis recording. Get yourself some gold stars, reward yourself. Celebrate the fact that you have listened to it each and every day.
If a negative thought pops into your mind – ‘thank it’ and remind yourself, ‘at least I have listened to my self hypnosis recording today’.
Once you continue to listen to your self-hypnosis recording with ease – the positive suggestions within each technique will naturally help you to feel even stronger.
So, to summarise, here are the following items I suggest you have on your list:
- A good size sheet of paper and some gold stars. (Stick it to your fridge, if you like, or somewhere in clear view.)
- The self hypnosis CD or MP3 download for positive thinking, find happiness etc.
- Your willingness to participate for you and commitment to yourself.
Once you have completed your list and have a ‘tick’ or special gold star for seven consecutive days – keep it and remind yourself of how well you are doing now.
Again, whilst you give effort to listen to your self hypnosis recording each and every day; your mind is automatically taking on board any positive suggestions delivered through the specific therapy involved to provide positive changes within your life.
