Hypnosis is a Natural State of Being

Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and that’s it! It is a perfectly natural way of being and we all, believe it or not, do it regularly every single day of our life!

It may be when you are concentrating (another word for hypnosis) reading a book or magazine. It may be when you are listening intently (another word for hypnosis) to someone in conversation. It could be when you are focussing (another word of hypnosis) on whatever you are doing or even if you are daydreaming (another word for hypnosis).

All these are different words to describe the same state of being –‘in hypnosis’. If ever you need to concentrate on something, you will go in and out of hypnosis without realising – it is really so very natural.

Have you ever tried to thread a needle? How? By concentrating, I guess?

This skill (or, the ability to go in and out of hypnosis) is a good platform for helping change to develop because only when the mind can be still to focus on the matter at hand; and it develops really beneficial new ways of being.

There is nothing strange about hypnosis, only the connotations the media would have us believe.  We, at New Way Productions believe that you can really hone your skill of hypnosis and use it and develop it more for yourself as a tool for change.  It is good to recognise we go in and out of hypnosis each and every day; but, it is even better to realise just what possibilities there are when we make use of this magnificent tool.
