The Balance Between Your Conscious & Unconscious Mind
Without you even being aware your conscious mind is constantly making decisions based upon past events and experienced held in your unconscious. If you see a tree, before you decide it is a tree your mind consciously searches (in the flick of a second) for trees you have seen/felt/heard in the past. It might be on a windy day, you remember with whoosh of the leaves; or, even the tall trees you saw in the countryside woodland walk and how nice it felt on that particular day to have a relaxing stroll. You mind is constantly delving into the filing cabinets of your mind.
So, if your conscious mind has the capability to explore your past history and unconscious detail without even realizing; there may also be times when you make decisions based upon bad times too. It might be whenever you try to pass your driving test and put every effort into revision and practice, you fail. Maybe your confidence is not all it could be or maybe each time you get into the driving seat, your mind goes blank because, without realizing it, this is what happened to you at school when you were sitting examinations. Maybe as a child, you had revised for your papers and knew plenty about the subject, but forgot everything because of nerves and worry at sitting in the examination room.
We aim to help you get a balance between your conscious and unconscious mind, using therapeutic techniques derived from hypnosis, hypnotherapy, counselling and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Our self-hypnosis recordings helps your conscious mind to sieve through all the useful information and use what is only best for you, in your life right now to achieve the results you desire. So, whether you want to pass your driving test, improve your self-confidence or just be more successful at what you already do; make the most of your resources, using self-hypnosis.

Did you decide (probably without realizing it) today is going to be one of those days. And guess what? By the time lunchtime has appeared lots of things have gone wrong. You nearly ran into the person in front whilst driving to work this morning; you couldn’t find your appointments diary; your first client didn’t turn up and the phone rings just as you are about to have a break. Sound familiar?
In the past I’ve written about why the simple ways are often the most effective (see ‘
I’ve written about
When you relax, your breathing becomes deep and slow. Your heart rate decreases, and the blood flow to the extremities increases. Muscles relax and return to their normal resting place. Hormones are more balanced and your overall metabolism is slowed.
