Erectile Dysfunction & Self Hypnosis

Using self-hypnosis for erectile dysfunction has proven to be extremely effective. Basically, there are two ways in which self-hypnosis helps with erection problems. Our hypnosis CD and MP3 hypnosis download recordings help uncover underlying causes for the problems and, use direct suggestion to bring about a more positive expectation from the sexual experience altogether.

Of all the clients I have spoken to with regard to sexual problems, the same limiting beliefs keep cropping up. Generally, in society, we are led to believe, the bigger the penis the better; multiple orgasms are the ideal for women; sexual enjoyment is abnormal for older people; the man is the initiator in sexual matters; a ‘real man’ is able to perform all night long; sex is only for marriage and reproduction; and, one should always be willing, ready and able for sex.

With thoughts like these going around in your mind; it’s hardly a wonder that you experience erectile dysfunction. Often thoughts and feelings surrounding erectile dysfunction are exaggerated and lead to anxious feelings from unreasonable expectations when it comes to performance.

Our erectile dysfunction self hypnosis recording helps to alleviate these symptoms and bring about a more positive expectation.

For lots of men, the added worry of financial stress; relationship problems; or just simply feeling over-worked, can add to erectile dysfunction.

Darren bought our erectile dysfunction self hypnosis CD about a month ago after we had a brief chat about whether it could really help him. He had been experiencing problems for years. Each time he wanted to have sexual intercourse with his wife, the moment felt right and they used the spontaneity to do what they felt comfortable. However, when it came to the actual intercourse, Darren had no erection and felt disappointed, as did his wife. This had been happening for a number of years and Darren accepted it was because he was getting older and perhaps ‘this is what happens’.

However, accepting where he was did not make him happy, he felt very unhappy and suffered low mood and irritability because he felt he not only disappointed his wife, but himself as well.
As it turned out, Darren felt unhappy with the way he looked; he felt uncomfortable with how is body looked, now he had reached his 50’s and decided to himself what his wife might think of how he appeared. He had kept these feelings to himself for all that time only to discover through using our erectile dysfunction self hypnosis CD had helped him release the pent up frustration and talk to his wife about how he was feeling.

They now feel more comfortable with each other and Darren soon came to realise his wife felt very similar about her own body and how it had changed. This had resulted in them both talking more freely about sex and they also now share a more intimate and fulfilling relationship with each other.

Why I Love Self-Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a word for an experience and the most natural thing in the world. Ever since I honed my own personal skill of self hypnosis, my life has changed direction; it is more productive in all areas, and, I am happier and healthier than I have ever been in my life.

This could quite easily sound like I am about to preach to you, but I cannot emphasise enough of how perfectly natural the experience of self hypnosis is within all of our lives. We go in and out of hypnosis each and every day.

When you focus on your favourite television programme and feel happy or sad whilst watching it; you are drifting in and out of hypnosis. When you are engrossed in a good book, you are in hypnosis. When you daydream, you are in hypnosis, and so on.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis; it is a state you allow yourself to be in whilst concentrating on something. All the words, concentrating, focussing, engrossed (and many, many more) are different words for the same experience. Only, we call it, ‘self-hypnosis’.

Years ago, whilst I was learning more about how we work and experience the world; language patterns also became a great interest to me. We often talk more negative than positive self talk and this then affects our behaviour. I truly believe that we ‘reap what we sow’. If we feel bad then more often than not, bad things will happen. If we feel good and expect the day to be good and fruitful, then it will more than likely happen. The words we use, both to ourselves and others can be very powerful in the way they affect our lives. The power of our imagination is so vast, if we imagine strong enough, well, let me give you an example.

‘Years ago, I used to have low self esteem and this affected the confidence I had in my abilities. If I made a mistake, I would criticise myself and tell myself I was useless at doing that particular thing. This would then lead to me making more mistakes.

I used to be very good at being my own ‘judge and jury’.

Now, after using self-hypnosis, I automatically learn from experiences. Each eventful day I have, I learn something new. The strong self-belief I now have, has been built up with practice, using hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

So, using self-hypnosis for myself; along with the belief that ‘if we can expect negative results, we can expect positive results too’, I used it within my life to change for the better. Now, from personal experience, I can pass this onto other people with the help of all the different recordings of CDs for self hypnosis.

You too can be in control of your own life and plan your own future. I constantly use self-hypnosis within my life. It is part of my life; even therapists have to look after themselves.

The Stress of Sleeplessness

Lots of people can have a problem with getting to sleep at some time or another. Reasons for this can be from quite understandable causes, such as: worries surrounding a future event; worries about a past event; noisy neighbours or an uncomfortable bed; physical discomfort, such as pain or strains. Another common cause is just simply, stress. Stress is a word we use so freely, but a word which can imprison you and your life, causing problems with work, relationships and lifestyle in general.

People who have sleep problems are often the ones who do all the conscious thinking. Many problems people have are derived from worry, anxiety, tension, fears and emotional disturbances. If there was one main common element to sleeplessness, it would be ‘thinking’ too much about it. The problem being the more conscious effort you make, the less unconscious response you get.

Some people can sleep around eight hours and yet awake fatigued, having felt uncomfortable and stressed all evening, with thoughts and stories running through their mind. Others may go to sleep straight away, only to awaken an hour or so later to find they pace the room all evening, making tea, reading a book or listening to late show. The varieties of sleeplessness are numerous, because we are all different and one restless night to one person, may be a different night to another.

If you suffer from sleepless, snoring or any problems for that matter, it is always advisable that you first get it checked out with your GP, to rule out any underlying physical problems.

Once you have the ‘all clear’ from your GP, the next step will be to eliminate things like caffeine or alcohol; or maybe alter your diet and the times you eat food. This is a good start and will help in the preparation for your body to slow down and rest. You should always heed the good advice from your GP.

But, what about when you have done all of the above, your mind could still be racing around, thinking, planning and niggling etc.

Well, consider hypnotherapy! With hypnotherapy we actually aim to tackle both the physical, psychological and emotion aspect of sleeplessness. Whilst you will still need to pay attention to your bedtime routine, using self-hypnosis for sleeplessness can ease a new way of ‘night prep’ gently into your life, as if it were always there and as if it were the most naturalist thing in the world to do.

If you keep your partner awake with loud snoring then hypnotherapy can help you both get a more restful night sleep. Believe it or not, our snoring hypnotherapy recording can help you both develop unconscious triggers for those uncomfortable noises to help you to feel ever more deeply relaxed and comfortable – and so to aid a wonderful nights sleep. We have two hypnotherapy sessions; stop snoring and also manager the sound of snoring, which is perfect for the partner who can’t sleep. Remeber that the suggestions to rest in this way are not a conscious concern; the reassurance is that you start to sleep more often; more consistently and for longer, feeling ever more refreshed each and every day.

Do not be deterred by the conditioning from the media that eight hours per night is the magic amount of time we each need to be healthy – we are all different. So long as you feel, properly rested and refreshed after your good nights sleep, you are getting the right amount of sleep for you.

Once you hone your skill of self hypnosis, using your hypnotherapy recording, you really will notice the difference. Sweet dreams!

Do You Trust Yourself Enough to Change?

More often than not, what we expect in life is what we get. If you don’t believe something is going to be good, then you’ll probably find fault with it. Results really can equal our expectations. Also, refusal or disbelief in the possibilities of a change can bring about failure to get a positive outcome.

There are so many of you out there who really do not trust or believe enough in yourselves to make a change.

Let’s go back to the basics, what does trust mean to you?

My experience of trust is a real sense of feeling and knowing that if I put enough effort into something, I can get the results I want or need. It’s like having strength, reassurance and backup from inside me to get things done.

Each and every day, all of us use a similar strategy. The difference which makes all the difference is, more often than not, it is not used in a helpful way. Here are some examples:

  • It might be you trust yourself enough to maintain the same lifestyle as always, as the gambler. Yes, trusting yourself to spend as much money was possible.
  • Or, maybe you trust yourself enough to keep drinking as much alcohol as possible, keeping your status and believing you truly are an alcoholic.
  • Or, maybe you trust yourself enough to keep up your negative self talk; maintaining the belief that you can’t do anything properly? Does this ring any bells?

All our hypnotherapy CD’s and MP3 hypnosis downloads, including, gambling hypnotherapy; hypnotherapy for alcohol addiction and positive thinking, aim to help you realise, if you can expect negative results, you can expect positive results too.

Here’s what Jayne had to say, another success story:

‘When I was 43, my mum, Mavis died aged 87. Although she was elderly, she had been the backbone of our family and grief hit me hard. I felt at a loss, cut adrift and not sure which way to turn. I’d been a sales assistant for 20 years, and a working mum, and now my life was numb.

I took six months off work to deal with the grief and depression, but as time when by, I felt no better and began to sink even deeper. Each evening, I would drink a glass of wine with my meal, only to completely finish the bottle to make myself feel better. It did for a short while, until I started to drink at work too. In break times and lunch times.

My life became an embarrassment and I lost my job. Our family life suffered. All because I could not express the hurt and pain of losing mum.

I didn’t realise at the time just what I was doing to myself, but when I look back now, I used alcohol to hide the hurt inside and put on a brave face. I did not believe I was strong enough to change or stand on my own two feet.

It was one lonely evening, when my children were in bed, when I searched the internet for help and found the HypnoShop.com website. The self hypnosis CDs for sale at Hypnoshop.com seemed to promise the world and I felt a little doubt as to whether they could help me. Afterall, I had already lost my job and felt pretty worthless.

However, something small, deep inside me, sparked curiosity. I ordered hypnotherapy for alcohol; overcome grief and super self confidence.

That was three months ago. Since then, I’ve got another job as an Assistant Manager for a large clothing retail company; and, have a good work life balance.

I drink alcohol only socially and occasionally. My life is more stable and the wonderful memories of ‘Mum, I share with my children, are invaluable.

Thank you.’

Jayne had to search deep within herself to find some kind of self-belief that she is worth all the effort and trust herself enough to carry it through.

Well done, Jayne.

Self-Esteem to Promote Motivation for Change

The way you feel about yourself; your self-belief or self-esteem, is based around how you think, feel and behave. This is the basis for any results you gain within our life.

We, at New Way Productions, understand that if you think or feel a certain way, you’ll achieve results in the same manner. The better you feel about yourself, the more chance you have of getting the results you really want. Therefore, our hypnotherapy CD and hypnosis MP3 downloads all cover the following ego boosting areas to develop the conscious thinking mind:-

  • Help you to feel able to believe in yourself.
  • Think that you deserve the best in life.
  • Think you are worthy of the change.
  • Respect yourself and others.
  • Be successful and try to be the best you can be.
  • Feel able to change or ‘make things happen’.

The unconscious mind, the feeling mind, also develops within the following areas:-

  • Like yourself and feel able to laugh at yourself.
  • Feel relaxed and confident (without being overbearing).
  • Feel able to take constructive criticism.
  • Feel able to forgive mistakes made by yourself or others.
  • Have a balanced and positive approach to life.
  • Feel motivated with a clear sense of direction.
  • Feel secure and not so worried about what others may think.

With your unconscious and conscious mind working together for the greater good, the positive results with your behaviour will begin to develop, and you will:-

  • Be more decisive and able to confidently view options.
  • Emanate a real sense of wellbeing.
  • Communicate in an open and comfortable way.
  • Not be overly critical of yourself or others.
  • Be more resourceful and self-reliant but able to ask for help if needed.
  • Be more able to honour your achievements and successes.
  • Be more able to take risks.
  • Be more able to say no.
  • Be more able to show your feelings and emotions openly.

People who listen regularly to any of our self hypnosis CDs or MP3 downloads feel a real sense of wellbeing and a stronger self-esteem. This, in turn, motivates people towards a positive change.
They feel able to take risks and effectively change aspects of their life and behaviour. So whether it is ‘stop smoking’, ‘nailbiting’ or ‘anger management’, a good strong feeling of self-worth, will help you to develop in the areas you desire.

Focus, Will Power and Determination

Expect Changes and You’ll Experience Changes!

Have you ever felt exhausted; be it mentally or physically and wondered what on earth to do next to get results? Maybe this has been the turning point for you to usually give up and try something else instead. I suppose that is okay, if you are happy about it.., but what if you have the creativity and the imagination to go that extra mile and really achieve specifically what you were wanting in the first place?

It might be that you have trouble finishing what you started. Rather like starting the revision for an examination and half-heartedly accepting your second best effort, only to justify a good enough reason to yourself for a failed result.

I like to look at our unconscious and conscious minds as a muscle – the more you exercise them both, the more strengthened and resourceful they become. If they are strong in the first place, when a challenge comes your way, the mind has more chance of finding a more satisfactory result for you. If you’re kind to your conscious and unconscious mind and you work them both together, they will work for you and replenish your system to develop a more fulfilling life.

To be more specific, it might be you are a good swimmer and thoroughly enjoy going to the baths, swimming the 20 or so lengths each week – but, at the back of your mind you have always want to enter a competition to win a championship title. Far fetched it may seem, but where do you think the people who win these titles begin? They start with a regular routine of consistently achieving the same results for weeks upon weeks; pushing themselves just that little bit more. It takes lots and lots of focus, will power and determination. In other words, they ‘whole heartedly’ want to achieve the results.

Lots of things seem impossible at first. For example, before you can ride a bike, you can’t ride a bike – until you learn.

If you really want to achieve the change you desire, dedication to yourself is what you need! Pick the hypnotherapy CD (or self hypnosis download option) which suits you best, in your life, and follow the our self hypnosis instructions. Expect changes, and you will experience changes. Subtle at first, but stay focussed, and live your life with the result you desire, whilst enjoying the experience of getting there.

Our hypnosis CD and MP3 recordings are not only for problems in people’s life. There are many choices for each and every person to develop. Such as, charisma, exam success, language learning, memory development and overcoming procrastination.

Each and every self hypnosis recording teaches the conscious and unconscious mind to work together in a way to achieve your desired results. The beauty of learning self-hypnosis is, it is a skill which can be honed and developed. In other words, with practice you will get better at self hypnosis. The more time you give yourself the undivided attention you need, the more chance of reaching a level of mutual trust within and really tapping into your own ‘home grown’ creativity.

Give it a go and find out for yourself.
