36. How long does it take to receive a CD order?

This depends on your location. All CD orders are dispatched from our office in the UK. Customers from the UK should expect delivery within 2-3 days. Whereas customers from Europe should expect delivery within 3-5 days, and our international customers (such as the USA) should expect delivery within 7-10 days. 37. Can I buy your CDs from the shops?

No, our self hypnosis products are only available exclusively via HypnoShop.com.

38. Are CD orders sent out under plan packaging?

Yes, all CD orders are sent under plain packaging. With international orders we are required to put a return address label and a customs label. However the return address is for ‘New Way Productions Limited’ and we just put ‘CD’ (or CDs) on the customs label. So there is no mention of the contents of the package on our packaging. We respect your privacy.

No, the hypnotherapy session on the CD is the same as the hypnosis download version.
