Are you having trouble ordering a product from our website? If so then this page is intended to help you, step by step.

Step 1 - Browse the website and select the item you wish to purchase.

Step 2 - Once you have decided which title you wish to purchase, you must add it to the shopping cart. You do this by selecting either the 'Buy Now' option or the 'Add CD/MP3 to cart' buttons.

Step 3 - The item ordered should now appear in the shopping basket page.

What next?

If you want to order more items then follow step 4-5. If you only want to order one item then skip to step 6.

Step 4 - On the shopping basket page click the 'continue shopping' button:

Step 5 - Browse the website and add another item in the same way as explained in steps 1-3.

Step 6 - When you've finished adding all the items you wish to purchase click the 'checkout' button from the shopping basket page:

Step 8 - Fill in your details on the checkout page. Then click the 'Submit' button:

Step 9 - You will then be asked to review your order and once you hit the order button you'll be transfered to the WorldPay payment page. This is where you fill in your card details.

Step 10 - You will receive a confirmation order from New Way Productions Ltd. You will also be sent an email to let you know when your order will be dispatched. If you order any download products then they'll be instantly available on the confirmation page.
