All downloads are instantly available on the order confirmation page, which is presented to you immediately after making payment. An automated confirmation email is also sent instantly, but since email is unreliable we strongly recommend you download the self hypnosis session(s) from the order confirmation page.

Our hypnosis downloads are standard MP3 files and can be played on any MP3 player. Most computers have some type of media player for MP3 files, such as Windows Media Player.

Yes. Our hypnosis downloads are standard MP3 files and can be played on any MP3 player, including the iPod. Listening on an iPod (or similar device) is a great way to listen to our hypnosis downloads.

44. How large are the MP3 files and how long do they take to download?

File sizes range from 8mb to 11mb. Our MP3 downloads are compressed so that the file sizes are as small as they can be without adversely effecting the audio quality. We think we have achieved the ideal balance.

We do not recommend customers with connection speeds less than 128K attempt to purchase any of our self hypnosis downloads. Please see the table below for minimum download times for a 10mb file (typical size of our MP3 downloads). Remember, these are the minimum predicted times and connection quality and other factors can substantially increase time.
