47. Why won’t the MP3 file download? What’s wrong?

The MP3 files can take a long time to download. But please also check that you have enough disk space on your computer, or that you have the ability to access or download files. Some parental blocking software, etc, may not allow the downloading of MP3 files. If you are using a computer at work, you may also find that some corporate networks do not allow you the relevant permissions to download files. Please let us know if you continue to have access problems.

48. When I open the MP3 it only plays up to a minute of introduction?

All our self hypnosis downloads are at least 20 minutes long, so clearly there is a problem with your download. Please try and download the self hypnosis session again. Be sure to contact us should the problem persist.

49. On iTunes it says that ‘the original file cannot be located’. Why?

This would be because you selected to open the file instead of saving the file when originally downloading the self hypnosis download. Remember that when downloading the session from our site, you will most likely be presented with the standard pop up box, which gives you the option to ‘open’ or ‘save’ to disk. You must save it to your computer, and choose a suitable location. Then there should be no problems.

50. I lost the download I ordered. How do I download it again?
