31. What payment methods are available?

We accept various payment methods. The easiest and quickest way is to order online via the website. All credit/debit card payments are processed by WorldPay – one of the largest online payment providers and part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. The following cards are accepted; MasterCard, VISA, VISA debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB, and Solo.

32. What will show up on my credit/debit card bill?

Our company name, New Way Productions Limited, will show up on your statement. Quite often the name is abbreviated and will display on your statement as ‘New Way Prod’.

33. Is there any way to purchase products anonymously?

If ordering online then you must fill in your correct details, otherwise your order will not get processed. Please remember that we respect our customer’s privacy, and your details will not be shared with any third party.

34. Will I receive unwanted emails or promotional mail?

No, we respect your privacy. We only send the occasional email newsletter to those who have opted in to our mailing list, and we never send promotional material via regular post/mail.

35. I’ve not received my order confirmation email?

An automated order confirmation email is sent with each and every order, and you will also receive an email from WorldPay, our payment providers. Unfortunately some email providers reject our order confirmation emails, wrongly thinking they are spam emails. This is most likely to happen with free email accounts such as Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email then please first check your junk mail folder, if you have one. Also be aware that downloads are available instantly on the order confirmation page, so there is no need to wait on an email from us. Due to some email providers being very strict and blocking our emails, we suggest you download from the order confirmation page rather than waiting for an email which might never arrive.
