Our shipping costs for CD orders are as follows:

Dispatch times:

We make it a priority to send out orders as quickly as we can, and we dispatch over 99% of orders as described below:

• Order placed before 1pm on Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day.
• Orders received after 1pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday's will be dispatched on Monday mornings.

If we feel we're unable to meet this commitment we will email you to let you know when you can expect your order to be dispatched. Please note: We do not dispatch on weekends and bank holidays.

Expected delivery times:

Orders from within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail (first class). You should receive your order within 2-3 days (maximum). If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packet). You should receive your order within 7-10 days. If your order has not arrived within 21 working days you may wish to contact us. Whilst every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we regret that we are unable to guarantee that delivery will be made by a certain date.
